SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

Program name:ModelCollabs Release Notifications, operated by Domenico Creative Ideas LLC ("ModelCollabs", "we", "us"). This is a transactional, one-to-one text-message program. We send SMS only to invite a specific person to review and electronically sign a release for a collaboration. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.

ModelCollabs does not sign people up for texts through lists or purchased data. Each text is a one-time message that you personally opt in to receive, at the point you are collaborating with a verified ModelCollabs creator (the "sender"):

• You are present with the sender and provide your own mobile number to receive the link for a specific release request.
• You then personally check a consent box on the device that reads: "I agree to receive a one-time identity-verification link by text from ModelCollabs at [my number]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." The box is unchecked by default — no text is sent unless you check it yourself.
• Only after you opt in do you receive a single text containing the sender's name and a unique, secure link to review and sign. For example: "Jane Doe sent you a release request via ModelCollabs. Verify and sign: https://modelcollabs.com/verify/… Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

You receive a single SMS per release request, plus at most one resend if the sender re-issues that invitation. This program does not send recurring, scheduled, or marketing messages.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We will send a one-time confirmation and will not text you again from this program. Because messages are sender-initiated, opting out also prevents future release invitations to your number.

We use your mobile number only to deliver the release invitation you were sent. We do not sell your number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
