What you're about to do, in 4 steps
ModelCollabs is the verification + release tool you send to a collab partner. They verify their ID and sign the release on their phone in about three minutes. You get a signed PDF + their captured IDs in one downloadable bundle.

1. Send a verification request
From your dashboard, click 'New request' and fill in your collab partner's stagename + email. Pick which release templates apply (model release, §2257 record, platform-specific add-ons). They get an email with a one-time secure link.

2. They verify their ID on their phone
Front of ID, back of ID, selfie holding the ID. Captured in their browser, encrypted in transit, stored in our private bucket with row-level access. The verification pipeline (PDF417 barcode parse + face match + liveness + LLM sanity check) decides whether to advance, queue for review, or reject. Borderline scores go to the ModelCollabs review team.

3. ModelCollabs reviews borderline cases
If a verification scores between 0.4 and 0.75, our review team checks the captured images + per-signal breakdown and approves or rejects — you don't have to. You're notified either way. Most verifications never need this; clean captures auto-advance.

4. They sign, you download the bundle
Once verified, they sign each release on a touch signature pad. You get a single compliance bundle PDF: every signed release + every captured ID image, labeled, in one file. Hand it to your platform's compliance team or your accountant.
A few things to know
- Your collab partner doesn't need an account. The link is single-use and tied to one request.
- We're transparent about how verification works. Read /how-we-verify for the four-signal pipeline, what data goes where, and the acknowledged risks.
- Records are kept per §2257. Federal record-keeping requires uploaders to retain releases for at least 7 years; we honor that. Your own personal data and captured IDs can be deleted from /account/data.
